With the help of mobile radio and Internet technology, the diagnostic alerts for your machine are transmitted directly to your technician's diagnostic equipment or computer. The technician can then make the correct diagnosis from wherever he is and then come directly to you with any needed replacement parts. The time saved means greater productivity for you.
