Gentle giants.
With the four-rotor rakes, raking bottlenecks become a thing of the past. The LINER four-rotor rakes stand out from the rest because of their power, intelligence, and reliability. Find out what it can do for your operation.
It couldn't be gentler.

Ideal ground protection is assured thanks to the four-wheel rotor chassis with steered front wheels on a laterally suspended axle. The LINER 4000 is available with an optional six-wheel rotor chassis on the rear two rotors. These all ensure the rotors follow the ground closely to not skip crop but react to changing ground contours quickly.
Convenient to operate.

The LINER 4000 and 3600 feature comfort hydraulics standard. The machine is operated via an ISOBUS terminal or included CEMIS 700. With ISOBUS operation, various functions can be assigned to the tractor spool valves, giving the operator flexibility to synchronize certain functions. The ideal working conditions help operators eliminate errors, thus saving fuel, depreciation, and labor.
Work goes on without leaving the cab.

With a transport height of less than 13' 1" (4.0 m), the LINER 4000 and 3600 models combine maximum area output and extreme flexibility. To reduce the transport height, the mainframe and the rotors can be hydraulically lowered from the tractor seat, The rotors are automatically locked when folded. It is not necessary to remove individual tine arms. In the LINER 3600, the chassis can be lowered while driving using a double-acting spool valve without using the terminal. This allows adjustment of transport height or the ground clearance to match conditions. A marking on the chassis cylinder shows the range that can be adjusted with the valve. The integrated rotor suspension additionally ensures safe and comfortable road transport.
Boosted system efficiency.

Having an optimal crop flow for the following machinery with perfect windrow shape is invaluable. With the four-rotor LINER, the performance of the following JAGUAR is enhanced even further, thanks to the larger working widths there is a substantial reduction in the area you need to cover. Users report gains of up to 30 percent in forage harvester performance. With the DISCO 9200 C AUTOSWATHER, you can deposit a working width of 59 ft (18 m) in just 39.3 ft (12 m) and collect the conditioned crop over a single windrow with the LINER 3600. This mowing strategy substantially boosts chopping performance, with a 40 percent increase in throughput.
