Introducing the LEXION 6000 Series Straw Walker Combine

Maximum efficiency, precision and convenience for multiple crops

The LEXION 6900 and 6800 straw walker combines use the best of CLAAS innovation and technology to help operators increase efficiency, save fuel and grain, and drive down the cost of harvest.

“CLAAS LEXION combines have been improving the way people harvest for more than 20 years,” says Blake McOllough, CLAAS Product Manager - Combines. “The new LEXION 6000 Series straw walker uses cutting-edge technology to keep operators harvesting more acres in record time. It’s also designed for complete crop conversion, right from the cab, so operators can switch from wheat to canola to grass seed all with the push of a button, reducing crop conversion time by 50 percent.”

This new series is the only combine on the market with an accelerator drum for constant crop acceleration, efficient grain separation and gentle straw handling.

More throughput

It all starts with the new APS SYNFLOW WALKER, which provides up to 25% more throughput. The 30-inch threshing cylinder is 26% larger to improve crop flow and grain quality. It combines the accelerated crop flow provided by APS with an additional separator drum, resulting in exceptional, fuel-efficient throughput and high straw quality.

Increased precision

CEMOS AUTOMATIC automatically makes real-time, in-field adjustments in response to changing crop conditions with more precision and speed than a seasoned operator. This autonomous system takes the guess work out of system settings, allowing evening novice operators to get the most out of the LEXION combine. The result is 25% more engine utilization, 10% more throughput, and 58% less grain loss

Less fuel consumption

LEXION straw walker combines also use DYNAMIC POWER to optimize power and fuel consumption. In fact, it uses 31% less fuel than the nearest competitor. Even so, DYNAMIC POWER provides a power boost when unloading on the go, so productivity can remain at its peak.

Speedy transport

The LEXION 6000 Series has a ground speed of up to 25 mph in both wheeled and tracked versions, which means it gets through fields faster, and gets from one field to the next in no time.

Higher capacity

The grain tank in the LEXION 6000 is the largest in the industry, so operators can store up to 425 bushels of grain and unload 5.1 bushels per second.

Minimal downtime

Thanks to the automatic central lubrication system and DYNAMIC COOLING, daily maintenance takes only 20 minutes. The LEXION 6000 Series went through extensive durability testing - more than 6,000 hours over eight years - so you can trust that it will be extremely reliable. If you do need a repair, count on the CLAAS On Your Farm Parts program and in-field service support from your CLAAS dealer.

“Farmers have very limited windows of time to get things done, and CLAAS keeps that in mind every step of the way,” says McOllough. “With intuitive control, higher capacities, faster in-field and on-road speeds, and of course more throughput with higher quality, the LEXION 6000 Series will provide a tremendous return on investment.”
